Facial Rejuvenation

This is a virtually painless, non-surgical method of reducing the signs of the aging process. The technique involves the insertion of tiny acupuncture needles into specific areas of the face, ears, neck, hands, feet, and legs to affect changes in the face as well as the whole body.

Why is Korean Beauty Skin Care so Popular?

South Korea's skin care industry has gained popularity in part through the Korean Wave called Hallyu (literally meaning "flow of Korea") and Western exposure to K-pop stars.  Consumers want the radiant skin of these Korean celebrities, featuring natural makeup and a young, healthy complexion with skin that glows. Korean skin care offers positive results based on three specific techniques not followed by traditional European skin care. They are:

  1. An effective skin care system utilizing traditional acupuncture therapy and acupressure healing massage techniques

  2. Powerful skin care products created by using 3,000 year old Asian herbal medicines

  3. Consumer’s dedication and commitment to the authentic Asian process with aspiration to achieve beautiful skin, not only the outside skin layer but also one's inner health recovery

What is Acupressure and Meridian Massage ?

Acupressure and meridian massage are based on the traditional Asian bodywork therapies which work with meridians, also known as energy pathways and acupressure points, to encourage the free flow of Qi (energy flow). The bladder meridian channel, for example, is closely related with the trapezius muscle, shoulder scapular and décolleté (upper chest area). Through the relaxing of these areas, your body’s tension and stresses are released allowing for improved blood circulation and removal of toxins. Some of the benefits are minimized fine lines, lifting of facial sagging and a new found radiance to the skin.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Lymphatic Massage)

Lymphatic massage encourages natural drainage of lymph fluid through proper channels removing waste products and reducing swelling. This helps lessen pressure on cells allowing them to reproduce faster. Lymphatic massage also detoxes your body and boosts the function of your immune system to protect your body from a variety of diseases.

Cupping Therapy
Herbal Medicine

Herbal remedies have been around for centuries and long before modern medicine. They are used to heal illness, disease and address psychological concerns. Herbal Medicine can treat conditions such as: Asthma, Eczema, Premenstrual Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Migraines, Menopausal Symptoms, Chronic Fatigue, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and more...

Therapeutic Massage

This is a therapy used for sore muscles, tension, neck pain, Shoulder pain, low back pain, headache and the common cold. In this therapy, your acupuncturist will place small glass or plastic "cups" over specific areas on your body. A vacuum is created under the cup using heat or suction. They may be moved over an affected area or left in place. You may leave the office looking as though a large octopus gave you a big hug. There is no need for alarm. The slight redness will dissipate. We have various cupping Therapies. (Dry Cupping, Wet Cupping, Fire Moving Cupping & Massage, Electric Cupping Machine)

This treatment uses an herb called mugwort. It may be burned on the handle of the needle, above the skin, on salt or on a slice of ginger. This is used to "warm" acupuncture points to quicken the healing process. Moxibustion is also commonly done with warming pads by many acupuncturists.dissipate.

An acupuncturist can use acupressure trigger points to release tension, increase the circulation of blood, and heighten the body's life force energy to aid healing.  Advantages of integrating Massage Therapy with acupressure trigger points include relieving pain, trauma, burnout, backaches, headaches, insomnia and maintaining good health through self-care. By relaxing the body and relieving stress, acupressure strengthens resistance to disease and promotes wellness.

Ear Acupuncture/ Auriculotherapy
Holistic Healing Training

Ear acupuncture or Auriculotherapy, is based on the idea that body structures and physiological functions are plotted on the superficial surface of the auricle (ear). The stimulation of the ear can be used for both treating and also diagnoses of health conditions in the reflective parts of the body.

Healing Stone Therapy

A private class is composed of  Yoga, Qigong, Dynamic Meditation and Breathing Postures according to the needs of different individuals. Through this gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.

When you practice and learn the exercise movements, there are both external movements and internal movements. These internal movements or flows in Korea are called nae-gong or "internal power".

Feeling the energy of your body also makes it possible for you to understand the energy of your thoughts and emotions, and this leads to comprehending the energy of the spirit.

The goal of this training is to achive the ultimate health of both the body and mind.
